Business Development WR1 – HN
– Develop customer databases and expand freehand cargo business opportunities in the Vietnam market.
– Provide professional consultation and support to agents/customers on all matters related to international logistics services, including freight rates, customs clearance procedures, trucking operations, and Vietnam import/export regulations.
– Conduct market research and reporting; perform SWOT analysis and competitor benchmarking; propose solutions to enhance competitiveness, attract customers, and drive business growth.
– Manage customer records and implement customer relationship management and after-sales service plans.
– Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
– Bachelor’s or College degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
– 1–3 years of experience in Business Development within Logistics or Freight Forwarding companies.
– Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is an advantage.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
– Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
– Proficient in PowerPoint and design-related tools/software.
– Professional, dynamic, and fast-paced working style.
– Competitive income: VND 10,000,000 – 20,000,000/month (base salary + profit-based commission) plus KPI bonus.
