Description:

– Apply the Marketing 4Ps framework to drive business development initiatives.

– Identify and develop overseas freight forwarding (FWD) markets for assigned target services.

– Create new value propositions for target services.

– Build and strengthen competitive differentiation for service offerings.

– Design optimized, customer-centric (CCU) logistics solutions for clients.

– Research and monitor market intelligence, including pricing, service quality, and competitor activities for assigned services.

– Identify and develop appropriate distribution channels aligned with target markets.

– Manage content development related to markets, solutions, and target services.

– Drive innovation and execution of marketing platforms and campaigns to support business growth.

– Conduct client outreach, consultation, quotation, and follow-up activities.

– Build and maintain market and customer databases; conduct periodic customer surveys.

– Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with customers.

– Collect, structure, and develop content for newsletters and market/service updates.

– Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues when required.

– Manage and control customer receivables.

– Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).

Requirements

– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

– Strong command of English; knowledge of Japanese/Chinese/Korean is a plus.

– Ability to present information clearly and effectively.

– Strong analytical, statistical, and data evaluation mindset.
